Suggested Use:
After applying a generous layer of our Skin Mystic Youth Dew Serum on clean skin, squeeze the silicone cup to create light suction (suction should feel snug but not painful) and sweep from chin to hairline in an upward and outward motion. Continue to sweep from midline to outer face gliding outward along lymphatic pathways. You may concentrate rejuvenation in a problem area, for example over a deep wrinkle, by allowing the cup to sit over area for a few seconds to renew qi and blood in the area and flush with rejuvenation. Sweep the cups gently along the face and down the neck to help drain lymphatic fluid and encourage increased blood flow. Follow with any one of our regenerating facial creams.
Forehead: Work from center hairline to temples.
Eyes/under-eye: Use smallest cup, very gentle suction; glide from inner eye toward temple.
Cheeks: From nose or mouth toward ear.
Jawline: Sweep across chin and then to earlobe in upward sweeps.
Lips: Sweep back and forth over lips to address lip lines.
Neck: From jawline down to collarbone.
Pressure: If too tight, release and reduce suction; if it slips, slightly increase.
Timing: 5–15 minutes per session, 1–3 times/week; adjust to skin response.
Safety and precautions
